Being a teacher can be challenging especially when you do not have the supplies you need or students are more preoccupied with their home life than learning. We want to help alleviate some of these challenges by providing supplies and meeting needs through our partnership with CarePortal.

Have you run out of something or need supplies to start or finish the school year strong? Have you come across a student or family that is in need? Then fill out the below request form and someone from the church will contact you shortly to help fulfil the need. Although not all needs may be met 100% in full (especially high dollar needs), CarePortal meets approximately 75% of all needs submitted.
