Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Lenten Season– 40 days that lead to Easter as we journey to the cross with Jesus. We know that the way to Easter is the way of the Cross. So on Ash Wednesday we stop to reflect on our mortality, our sinfulness, and the dying of self that comes with new life in Christ.

HELPFUL DETAILS

Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes before the Gathering begins. You may enter through the main entrance on Linwood Blvd or the side entrance off Campbell St. Our rental facility is disability accessible—just let us know you’re coming.

Parking: Our main parking lot is located on the east side of the building and can be accessed via the driveway from Linwood Boulevard. Additional parking is available in the lots at the north end of our Linwood driveway, provided courtesy of SAVE Inc. Street parking can also be found on Linwood Boulevard, Campbell Street, and Harrison Street. Please take care not to block driveways and be respectful of our neighbors.

Children: Your children are welcome to join you in the Gathering. Childcare is available for ages 1–8. Older children are invited to remain with you in the main gathering.
